Returns Policy

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

 Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Packed items

If an order contains more than one item in a pack, we will proceed on that basis that we are happy to refund separate items, otherwise return all items in the pack for a full refund.

How long does it take to process my returns?

We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us at contact@incelectricalelectrician.com, with the proof of postage information from your return carrier and we will investigate this further.

What if my product is faulty?

We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty product. No problem! Send our customer service team an email within 30 days of purchase at contact@incelectricalelectrician.com, with images of the faulty product and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

How can I track the status of my return?

As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account depending on the card issuer.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
